Application
Introduction
Continuously pour high-temperature molten steel into one or a group of water-cooled copper crystallizers. The molten steel gradually solidifies into a shell along the periphery of the crystallizer. When the steel liquid level rises to a certain height and the shell solidifies to a certain thickness, the straightening machine pulls out the billet and sprays water in the secondary cooling zone to completely solidify it. The billet is then cut to a fixed length by a cutting device according to the requirements of steel rolling.
